RETURNS POLICY
Helmet House, the official and exclusive distributor of NORU motorcycle gear,
accepts returns of items up to 30 days after they have been shipped.

- Items eligible for return must be new, unused, and unopened, and must be returned within 30 days.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from ridenoru.com.
- Items bought from local or online dealers should be returned through the original purchase location.
- All sales of closeout items and clearance merchandise are final and cannot be returned.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before sending any item back to Helmet House. You can receive an RMA by starting the return process on our website.
