Im 6ft 175. The M is a little snug. Its a race suit though and I'm hopeful it'll fit better after I break it in. The only thing I'll have to get fixed is the hip pads. Because I am taller, they sit a little low. There is legitimate CE level 2 armor all around. The leather isn't as thick compared to industry standards but offers adequate protection. The perforations are awesome for hot days, and there are design components throughout. I doubt I'll ever need the elbow sliders but they are there as well as replaceable knee sliders. Also, I haven't tested it but supposedly it's AIRBAG COMPATIBLE. Overall, this suit is packed with value and in the event of a crash I feel pretty safe. I am planning my first track day soon and I think for an entry level suit you'd be crazy to pass on it.
